Match over. Please post Querrey's photo on the dart board, so we can aim missiles at him.
    Agua Ardiente for me, please.

Sam should send his first round prize money over to the LL to cover the large bar tab. Since it's early I'll start out with a mimosa please!

    Well that just sucked.

Bags a comfy seats seeing as I'm one of the first ones here so I can firmly plant a cheek on it.

I know who's going on my Do Not Pick (ever again) list!

Edit: I'll have a large Whisky Sour to suit my mood.

    Query?
Why'd I pick Querrey? Hope the other Sam can survive!!

in all fairness to Mr. Querrey, he is quite the young man. Wimby would probably be overwhelming. I like his game, but didn't pick him for this very reason.

I went with the always safe and sane pick: Safin.

Looks like the Kohlschreiber pickers (including myself ) will be elbowing the Querry pickers to make room pretty soon.

That is what I like about those that pick Safin. They can type so well even while wearing a straight jacket!.
I picked Querrey, but Doubledogbrewer's analysis makes sense. Hope he doesn't join us later today (Safin-Fed in the third round should be fun).

Blast - don't know if I was ever in here before on the first day.

Bloody Kohlschreiber - give me some darts please.

And a glass of chilled Reisling.

I'm just glad Hingis managed to serve up a 3rd set bagel to keep me from being fully cheeked on Day 1 - Can I get a nice strong cup of Columbian coffee to go with my bagel? Put it on Querrey's bill (he's probably still too young to pay for anything stronger)

Re: THE WSP'07 LOSERS' LOUNGE IS OPEN FOR BUSINESS!

phew.... barely made it with Hingis, if not that would've been a 1-2 knockout in consecutive slams by the Stepanek-Hingis dupla
I think that I'll refrain from choosing anything Hingis related in the future
