Plus a lot of us had Bertens in our Green Acres teams.
So you guys got it. Riske won. One of those crazy tennis matches: the winner had fewer points, fewer games and fewer break points converted. Only in our sport.

Riske comes from 0-6, 1-4 down to take the title. According to Twitter, this is her 10th consecutive grass court win.

On the men's side Mannarino finally gets his first ATP title on his 7th try.

So happy for riske. Her first title was a $125k event, I feel like this is her first true wta level title. Hopefully she can finally have a good Wimbledon! I love grass court specialists; I miss Pironkova so much

I always mix up Riske with Kiick, who also won a title today (Barcelona ITF). Good week for the lower ranked American girls

    Yes, yes!

Yes, me too! Funny that they both won today. Riske has been doing this for years now. In 2011, she won six matches (including two rounds of qualifying) at Birmingham when she was ranked 185; in 2012, she beat top seed Tamira Paszek in the first round at Nottingham; in 2013, she won 8 matches at these two tournaments (including Paszek (a top seed again) twice and Lisicki), losing to Hantuchova and Konta, while ranked around 170.

I know it was enough of a pattern that I'd always pick her for my Green Acres team (I was on vacation when this year's competition began and didn't have time to think about it).
