Re: '18 USO Day 10 OoP & Discussion

Serena, Osaka, and Keys are coming into the semifinals in top form and are all legit title contenders.

Yeah but Serena a massive favorite if she stays in form. I do wonder if Sascha helps Osaka play against Serena. Keys-Osaka is a toss-up.

No respect for Sevastova? She should be studying the Vinci semi of 2015.

lol did you not see her play against Stephens? She's a basket case, and if she wins, it will be a total fluke.

It is cooler tonight, but that's extremely relative. Like, my shirt will take 30 minutes to soak through tonight sitting still and doing nothing more than breathe instead of 10 like last night. My glasses aren't foggy when I walk out quickly to grab something from the car like last night, so it is definitely less of a steam bath feel. But the dew point might actually be worse tonight, the humidity is stifling.

Well, that was always going to happen at some point. He bounces the ball 20 times when things get tense and doesn't come to the line immediately. He's been given a major break this summer on that not being called on him. Here, I don't know what that just was, but it did seem like he allowed the clock to run down the second time on purpose to bait the ump. Strange to bait him when it's him who gets the penalty. I assume the heat is preventing him from thinking straight cause that was seriously stupid.

Didnt see it. Saw her Makarova match, and she was very composed. Scoreline with Stephens was straightforward.

The match was anything but, and Sevastova’s reactions were...extreme
