On the Men's side? No. I see a few years with 8 different winners, but never 9.

Interesting. Phillipoussis was 2 points away from beating Safin at the 2000 Paris masters which would have made it 9 different winners, but Safin won on a 5th set tie break to his second title of 2000

I think at some point in the last year or two the WTA had a different winner for all 4 slams AND all 1000/Masters. There was also a time when all 4 slam champs had only one title for the year. The parity is insane.
