Re: Miami Womens SP: Picks and Results

Bummer... Tatishvili, having NEVER won a main draw WTA match, just converted match point #7.

And our pool has just been shot to bits. Egads.

    What a bummer.

How I pick day 3 for the women depends on Srichaphan advancing. If I am out of the mens pool, I will pick a little safer with the ladies. If Srichaphan pulls through, I may take more of a chance.

Now I don't feel so bad. Almost everyone is out of the women's pool.

I think we need more practice.

Hey Moose, are you talking about me? If you are, I'm okay with letting Doll play in the tourney. I didn't oversleep when I sent my pick in late, I had just set my alarm too late (I'm a west coast boy), but if her picks didn't crap out already, it's okay by me.

we're down to two SP veterans in the womens game...catz and shtexas. Good luck..especially with the way seeds have been tumblong out so far, this could be a real difficult one to navigate as we get into the later rounds.

man this is fun...watching shtexas and catz lay out their strategies, and fighting through the 1/4s. Wish catz had one more player available til we saw if they could both get to the finals.
