Women's Day 3 (Tuesday) RGSP Pick

Bonjour and bienvenue to Day 3 of the Women’s Roland Garros Suicide Pool – 2013 edition.

Important Rule: You will need to make trois, three (3) first round picks to survive the first round: Sunday, Monday AND Tuesday! You can choose to think of the 3 picks as Liberté, Egalité, et Fraternité, if it helps you to remember.

You will be making one pick EACH DAY of the women’s event (NOT one each round), and once you use a player, you may never use her again. Check the picks and results thread to make sure you don't commit the dreaded "double pick".

It is very important you follow the schedule of play for the day posted below. Since the first round is spread over three days, only a portion of the draw plays each day.

Post your Day 3 pick by replying IN THIS THREAD. Your pick must be in before the start of play for the day in Paris, rain or shine. For day 3, that’s Tuesday, May 28, 11:00 AM in PARIS. That is Tuesday 2:00 AM Pacific Time. Please do not be late, as we hate making those hard decisions, but we will. This thread will be locked at the deadline, so please don't wait until the last minute or you may find it locked when you hit "post."

If you change your mind after you make your pick, and before the deadline, please make a second post advising us of your change - PLEASE DO NOT make your change in your original post, as we often go through the posts before closing to begin the task of updating the picks and results, and we might miss a change if you edit your original pick.

Since the object of the game is to pick a player that you are sure is going to win on that day, should your player withdraw, he obviously cannot win his match. You do not get a substitute (lucky loser) - you have chosen a player, not a spot in the draw. You might want to scout your player and make sure there is not a known injury or illness issue.

Best of luck and thanks for joining us.

Day 3 consists of only the following 20 matches from the bottom half of the Women's draw:

Coco Vandeweghe vs Yaroslava Shvedova [27]
Klara Zakopalova [23] vs Kaia Kanepi
    Stefanie Voegele vs Heather Watson
    Ashleigh Barty vs Lucie Hradecka
Nina Bratchikova vs Maria Kirilenko [12]
