When Murray hits a defensive and hopeless shot, he often stands straight up as if he's given up or thought the ball was out, but really he's just taking a physical and mental breath before continue to scamper around. Kerber does the exact same thing.
Also, Federer was a Polly Prissypants in that match. He kept yelling at the ump before that Murray incident. After an out call on his serve he shouted a question at the ump asking if it was wide or long. Another out call he tantrum-tastically asked the ump how long his forehand was out by, to which the ump hilariously held up two fingers about 18 inches apart. The commentators were remarking that they've never seen Federer this peeved before, and this was all before the barroom showdown.
No, TC records the matches live with live commentary knowing full well they will be airing it after the ESPN broadcasts. Navs is commentating and she had no clear idea of what happened so the incident passed without much talk.
