Women's Day 5 Pick - Wimbledon Suicide Pool

Hello, and welcome to Day 5 of TAT's 8th Annual Wimbledon Suicide Pool. COngrats on lasting through a rain soaked, play interupted 4 days of tennis so far - unlike your now departed co-players, you were prepared for the elements, just like

(she is so fashion conscious)

You shall be making one pick EACH DAY of the Ladies' event (NOT one each round), and once you use a player, you shall not be allowed to use her again. There is also a “Ladies' Picks and Results Thread” so you can check the choices you have made, as well as read through some very... entertaining... summaries.

It is very important that you follow our posted schedule of play for the day. Day 5's matches include the 8 third round matches from the TOP HALF of the Ladies' Draw.

Post your Day 5 pick by replying IN THIS THREAD. Your pick must be in before the scheduled start of play for the day in London, rain or shine, that is, Friday, June 29th at 11:30 a.m. London time. For those in the US, London is five (5) hours later than the East Coast (6:30 a.m.), and eight (8) hours later than the West Coast (3:30 a.m.) Don’t be late as we hate making those hard decisions, but we will. The thread will be locked at the deadline, so don't wait until the final minutes.

Since the object of the game is to pick a player that you are sure is going to win on that day, should your player withdraw, she obviously cannot win her match. You do not get a substitute (lucky loser) - you have chosen a player, not a spot in the draw. You might want to scout your player and make sure there is not a known injury or illness issue.

NOTE : Even if your Day 4 pick did not finish her match, you MUST make a Day 5 pick in this thread, choosing from only the listed matches below.

If you change your mind after you make your pick, and before the deadline, please make a second post advising us of your change - PLEASE DO NOT make your change in your original post, as we often go through the posts before closing to begin the task of updating the picks and results, and we might miss a change if you edit your original pick.
