It would not be Wimbledon without a well stocked pub, and it would not be an SP without somewhere for us to gather and watch another bandwagon crash. So pull up an empty stool, and ask for your favorite style of ale - bitter, brown, mild, old or Porter and Stout.

There's an Old Irish prayer that they say traditionally in the pubs throughout the UK - "May you last one day longer than you did in the French." Of course, you Pennetta players that were out of the game before alarm clocks rang on the West Coast probably didn't get a chance to say that in time.

All the traditional accoutrements await you - our staff is eager to serve up your special requests. Tati has broken out the red knickers for another Wimbledon, and if you ask nicely, maybe she'll give you a little peek. The Jukebox From Hell is well stocked with terrible dance classics, forgettable one hit wonders, and all the songs you hoped you would never hear again, and stick in your brains for days once you do (a little Markita, anyone?)

Traditional rules apply - out in one game, you are "half-cheeked", out in both, you are fully cheeked, and welcome to come up with the most approrpiate (or obscene, we don't care) dis of the players that put you here. Especially if they are Bondarenkos.

After my google search, I found out that Root beer apparently isn't readily available in the UK. They apparently don't like it and say it reminds them of medicine dentists give children.
This is the only British one I found (with an American flag on it, funnily enough. Guess it's aimed more at expats or American tourists in the mood for Root Beer )

Phew, Andreev is up 2 sets to 1. He was down a set point in the 3rd and I almost died. Yeah, I really need an old fashioned right now, especially having been through Pironkova earlier and now this match. Anyway, with Don Draper as my avatar, I'm already winning.

As someone else noted, the women's draw is so unpredictable that it would have been a relief to be eliminated after the first day! But Pironkova rallied, so I have to try again.
