Won Brussels, semis at Madrid... I think that qualifies you as a good (I did not say great) clay courter.
I think everyone would agree that clay is Serena's weakest surface as well. But despite that, I think we can all agree that she's, at a minimum, "good" playing on it

I would say grass is her weakest surface by far. I think she's a satisfactory clay courter.

Wouldn't that be something...a member of the old guard who had some issues to deal with, got over them and is ready to start wrecking shop again.
This would be even more interesting than a CWoz win.

Well, this is true. Then again, a CWoz win wouldn't be very interesting at all.

Agree with this. Unless the draw takes some unexpected turns then the chances are that one of those three will hit her off of the court.
Randoms...
- Kerber's movement and her retrieval skills are awesome.
- I like that you can look at the women's draw and see a number of potential winners there (and some others who could make the semis). Gives an angle that we don't typically have with the men.
- Goffin has already won a couple of matches that went 5 sets, both of which he trailed in by 2 sets to 1. Today, he was breaks of serve down in both of the first two sets and came back to win them. The kid has balls......though judging by his prepubescent appearance they may not have dropped yet

Thanks for the coverage, Edmond. But you have to answer the question that is on everyone's mind...
Are you the TATeur who was at AMG's match tonight? We need to know who gets credit for extending our winning streak.
Good luck at Wimbledon, Kohli

If it involves winning then it can't have anything to do with me, moose I'm all about losing and doom.....and then losing some more

Is this smiley also slightly anorexic looking? I hope his team took him to MacDo tonight for a burger and some (belgian) fries. Try to put some meat on the kid's bones.
