Honestly, this year has been phenominal for me as a sports fan...didn't all end the way I wanted, but to go from the Red Wings post season to the Pistons, on to the great Tigers season, with Roger winning three Slams in between. Now Michigan football and Detroit Tigers quest for the World Series! Too fun...:P Excuse me, while I pinch myself...

Jim Leyland is a genius! Last night, I'm watching the game and actually yelling out loud that I can't believe he put Alexis Gomez on the roster for the post season in favor of Chris Shelton. Was I wrong (so far) or what? Genius, I tell you.

Looking forward to being pleasantly surprised some more.:P
