I felt so smug for sidestepping the Kolya carnage, only to plunge over the cliffs of Baghdatis.

Ah, how lovely to once again be part of SP history

Okay, Melzer and Simon are just tacking on to the misery now. The SP hasn't suffered enough for one day? 5 more pickers now biting their nails.

Re: Men's RGSP Picks & Results Thread

    Day 5 (final):

    Start: 152

    88 Davydenko
    21 Dolgopolov
    19 Troicki
    5 Verdasco
    4 Fish
    4 Simon
    4 Baghdatis
    3 Soderling
    3 F Mayer
    1 Melzer

    Finish: 56

56/310 = 18%. We have lost 82% of the pool before the third round. Unheard of for the men's pool.

No way I was going to pick Davy. Been let down by him before, and I just had a feeling I would have again.

Usually after such slaughters SP stays close to upset free for couple days. As one of the lucky few I am counting on it.

    Dear lord-of-jinxes,

Please forgive suliso. He knows not what he does.

P.S. - If forgiveness is too much to ask, please inspire him to make his pick different than mine

I'll take care to change my pick at the last second to make it the same as yours (if possible).

Serious question: any idea which section (men only) will be on schedule for Saturday? I'll have to arrange my pick early because I am traveling to Paris tomorrow afternoon to jinx our picks in person...
