I have not seen any of the wedding, but I just saw a picture of the bride. What an absolutely stunning woman she is today. And I was a little surprised by the décolletage.

It was by Sarah Burton from Alexander McQueen. It was rather demure for McQueen.

Loved the top of the dress. The drop at the waist was kind of weird

    Re: The Royal Wedding

I know times have changed but at this level of society they haven't changed that rapidly.

First of all the dress is ivory, not white, an acknowledgement of the obvious. Second of all she's not some fairy tale princess wrapped in layers and layers of fabric floating down the aisle to meet her Prince Charming at the altar. They've been together eight years. They know all there is to know about each other.

Middleton presented herself a a mature woman, not a giggling eyes agog girl. She was marrying the man who has been in her life since forever not someone she barely knew. I haven't seen one bit of footage (Joan Rivers has a show tonight on E! that I will watch) but I like that the fairy tale element has been left out.

And yes the dress is quite demure for McQueen.

Think Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice were upset about their mother not being invited? I guess this is the adult way to throw a tantrum.

I went to bed early so I could get up and watch the wedding, then I slept right through it.

I think the Dutchess of Cambridge is a knock-out.

I love that they drove themselves, balloons attached to the rear bumper of the car, waving at the crowds.
    Oh Grigor. You silly man.
