    2010 TAT NFL Challenge: Lounge

Here's a thread to talk about this contest or the NFL in general. I'll also be posting weekly updates here.

What a goal line stand from the Lions! Bears had 1st and goal at the 1 and the Lions D held strong.

The Seahawks, under Carrol, laying a beatdown on the team many predicted to win the NFC West, seriously?

Also, I know it was the Cardinals, but the rook Bradford looked pretty impressive in his NFL debut!

Cowboys are scared their offensive line can't hold the defense too long. They are throwing all these quick passes. Resulted in a big fat zero.

Scorewise, this game is as boring as much of my Steelers game was, well, until the end!

And we fumble on the last play of the half. That is why you take a knee, idiots!

And shoveling the ball to Barber to pass it into the end zone? WTF? The Cowboys are playing High School Junior-Varsity trick-play ball in the NFL. Their coach needs to put down his drink, get his ass out of the sky-box and down on the sideline where he belongs!

I hope this isn't going to be another "I hope they lose every game they play because maybe then they'll get their acts together" kind of season.

Oh my Lord, I'm just too old for this.
    Oh Grigor. You silly man.

Fire Wade Phillips! Seriously, he's never done anything extraordinary. Then again, I'm fine with the Cowboys underperforming year after year...

Actually, Phillips is in charge of the defense, and they've held the 'skins to 3 points. Defense is good, has been for a long time. It's Jason "I was once a backup quarterback so I'm qualified to be an offensive coordinator" Garrett's offense that's playing like a bunch of neighborhood kids at the local park.

I just can't get over that shovel-pass/fumble/touchdown combination at the end of the half. It's just gnawing at my brain. LOL.

Great. Just great. I can't even fall back on my Broncos win because, well, they didn't either.

What a pathetic offensive game. Way too many bone-headed errors. I guess having Flozel Adams wasn't good enough. We let him go and get Alex Barron -- the leader in penalties.

I think Jones has a thing for bad boys.

    I'm just sick.

Barron is only in because Columbo is injured. Free took Adams place and he's a good player.
