That's a good explanation. I was trying to figure out why Adam was looking through the glass when he's supposed to be 95% blind... The writers seem to forget that little factoid very often.

Y&R may be making mistakes these days, but they still know talent when they see it.

Are we taking bets about how long it will be before Sharon and Adam end up in the sack? It's a shame he won't be able to see a thing. Her reaction to his confession today was priceless. I'm also pretty sure it made her ready to jump his bones. STAT.

In any case, I'll bet 1 week... Which should be about the same time Summer finishes college... you know, in Y&R time.

Stacy Haiduk is just awesome.

Adam wants to give Sharon back her baby. In his sick twisted mind that would atone for what he did. Of course little Faith will come down with something, it'll be revealed that neither TGVN or Assley are her parents, and maybe, just maybe, Adam will get caught for some of the mess he's made? Oh wait, he's a Newman. Nothing sticks to him.

BTW the process is called "Soap Opera Rapid Aging Syndrome" or SORAS.

Update: Eric Braeden coming back to Young and the Restless

Actually, I'm not sure he even had time to pack up his stuff at CBS and leave the building, but Eric Braeden is returning to The Young and the Restless.

Allison told you that contract negotiations between Braeden and Sony had come to a standstill. Braeden has been on the show for 30 years and knew that he had to take a pay cut (like everyone in the industry is doing these days), but they couldn't come to terms on what that pay should be, and Braeden felt that Sony had reneged on what they had promised. But it's all in the past now. Braeden will stay with the show.

His last air date was supposed to be next week. On Friday's episode (yes, I've become hooked on the show since Guiding Light ended), he had something important to say, and I think that thing was that he was leaving Genoa City or doing something else that would give him a reason to leave the show. They've probably filmed a couple of weeks worth of episodes already, so we might see Y&R Victor-less for a short time, unless they do some clever editing/reshooting.

One Life to Live gays Kyle (Brett Claywell) and Fish (Scott Evans)—known to their patient, hopeful, fans as “Kish”—will finally commit to each other as a couple. It happens November 2 just as Kyle is about to marry Nick (Nicholas Rodriguez) as part of a symbolic, politically motivated wedding of 25 same-sex couples. The openly gay Evans gave us a preview of the big day.

In scenes airing October 29, we see that Fish—who has spent years denying his sexuality—is in charge of controlling the anti-gay protestors at the mass wedding.
