    Correct. I should have qualified that. I'm just using total deaths divided by total confirmed cases, which of course doesn't include people who had it and recovered and those who never knew they had...

    For the past year, we've been able to score a cut of beef called Denver Steaks. I bought a few the first time I saw them, and they turned out great. Very tasty and tender, if you cook it properly....

    Okay. Just learned that tomato sauce is also used in Puerto Rican bacalao, as well as some boiling of the bacalao, an extra step to help get rid of the salt.
