Re: '20 RG Mens Singles Draw & Discussion

Connors indeed seems to be the one guy that did it, if you accept that he played the Aussie, was banned from the French, and then played Wimby. So, if you accept that gap, he won his first three...

Re: '20 RG Women's Singles Draw & Discussion

Did you see that match? Angie got trashed, I felt. I don't even think the score told the truth.

For you to teach others how to deal with having your serve gone stray you must have a serve...

Re: '20 RG Mens Singles Draw & Discussion

Nobody is saying he is going to lose to Bashilashvili. We are saying he may lose to Novak, in the final. Which, the way Novak has been playing, is not an absurd possibility.
    That's all.

I like Mugu's draw. She can go far.
Then again, this is wide open.

Re: '20 RG Mens Singles Draw & Discussion

An untrained Thiem on clay is still better than 95% of the rest of the field. It is his best surface. I say he makes the seeding.
Then, whomever survives that clash loses to Novak in the final.

    Ok. Something a bit lite.
Caracol TV, one of the largest TV stations in Colombia, pulled out this prank.
As in everywhere in the world (shortages of A**holes do no exist) there are always people...

    Re: The NFL Thread

That is ridiculous in two forms. One, really, are we at the stage in which we demand from these players so much they need to play through cracked ribs? (rhetorical question, no need to answer).

You must have been that little kid that used to prod the hornets' nest with a stick, weren't you? :)
You mentioned a few days ago the idea of naming it in some way to honor all players. How about...

Sticky: Re: Talk about Rankings (TAR :))

In today's WTA, "fairly likely" is as good as one can do when you have a Grand Slam, on the surface of choice of a lot of the top players, after a serious hiatus in the tour has taken place.

Get this crazy woman that will certainly vote to overturn Roe V Wade and he gets a lot of people on board again. If his minions spread the news.

A bit. November 2. But it truly is huge in Mexico. One of those celebrations I have always wanted to go.
Mexicans make this dessert called "Pan de Muertos" (Dead people's bread) that is delicious.

Serious question, because I cannot word this properly.
Regarding the verdict given in the Breonna Taylor decision. In what qualitative level is this different than South Africa's apartheid regime?...

I know that Michael Bloomberg is PNG in a lot of places, but he just raised/payed $16M in fines for minorities in Florida, so that they can be eligible to vote there.
    Money well spent, let's hope.

Poll: Re: Great Racquets. Final Thoughts

And indeed, Wilson came up with the V13. Good looking racquet, a couple of tiny stripes that resemble the original 6.0, and priced below the RF97, at $229.00. Looks good, I bet it is a solid frame...
  23. Re: 2020 TAT NFL Challenge: Scoreboard and Lounge
