    The 2020 U.S. Open menís final has been universally decried as an abomination of the sport, a very sad match played at one of the gameís finest venues. Everybody is calling both players involved in the match anything short of a disgrace and comments about the quality of play range from four letter words to abysmal, with nothing being said about the match absolving it from damnation.

  2. The Summer of Nick Kyrgios

    The summer, North American portion of the ATP tour really started with the playing of the Rogers Cup in Canada. Although a few smaller tournaments are played prior to this Masters 1000, the Rogers cup brings out of their short Post Wimbledon sabbatical the top names. Montreal saw the return of Novak Djokovic to action, and the return of Rafa Nadal to hard courts. At Cincinnati, Roger Federer joined the tour once more and it all ended, in splendorous fashion, with Djokovic winning the U.S. Open. ...

    Day three of the Colsanitas Cup begins under a bright sun. Bogota used to be a city of perennial cloud coverage, skies of dark grey and temperatures never above 20 Celsius. But now, thanks to our penchant for burning fossil fuels and chopping down trees, climate change has arrived here too and the day feels hot and dry.
