There's a fair amount of research that can be done for 20 Questions - 2008 Australian Open.

So, on the advice of my beloved prospective participants, this is a thread for comparing notes, figuring out which countries count as Soviet Republics, who wears Reebok, and whether Amanmuradova or Llagostera Vives is more worthy of a vote of confidence as supreme 5+ syllabler.

And to make sure no one gets too rowdy, Sister Andrea Jaeger is here to supervise/lay down the law with her ruler.

I don't know whether this belongs here, but with respect to question 12d, I found it really funny that Safin actually congratulated Federer's entourage after he beat Federer in Hamburg 2002.

Winners often congratulate loser's entourages, but it never seems to happen the other way...
