The thing is I have absolutly no interest in Rugby, BUT I happen to live in France, which, if you don't know, is hosting the @\^|@`@[ event

so, every where I go, and on the TV, and on the radio, and at school, and at work, everybody is talking Rugby :blahblah:

:wall: :wall: :wall:

And Ireland and France (along with Argentina, Georgia and Nambia) are in the same pool Madame, so we will be cheering for opposite sides next weekend!

Rugby is my next favourite sport after tennis. :D

They play Rugby in Georgia?

Actually, that makes perfect sense. Can't think of a more apt sport for Georgian men :)

If the French don't win the darn thing, the men in my household will go into mourning for the next 10 years. Got to admit I'll be upset too.

and I live in New Zealand where the All Blacks are reverred as 'gods'.
Our work pace has even been decorated in black and white (NZ colours for those who don't know) by one over-zealous work colleague.

I like my balls small - tennis that is ;)

fyi channelsurfing.net has a live stream of ireland-argentina which is a huge game for both teams, determines getting into quarters and not playing the all blacks depending on points

That's all right Madame!

Ireland are having a really disappointing tournament. :(

The Wales rugby coach was sacked yesterday after Wales were beaten by the Fiji Islands.

It was expected, but it just goes to show how much pressure on these guys.

Ireland's coach on the other hand, in a widely criticised move, was given a 4 year extension to his contract before they even went to the world cup. And they are playing really, really badly.

Who is the most likely team to win it all?

I would like to see New Zealand take it. It means a lot for them...

And Suliso I think New Zealand are definitely the ones to beat, but South Africa and Australia are looking very impressive also.

I changed the title of this thread from the Rugby World Cup to see if anyone will be watching the Heineken Cup Final on Saturday?

Munster vs Toulouse.

Come on Munster! :)
