After today, I am out as well as 3mlm. We still have three contestants:

Schedule of Play for Sunday, March 27, 2005

Stadium: 11:00 AM Start

Men's Singles: 3rd Round
1. Ivan Ljubicic (CRO) [13] vs. Vincent Spadea (USA) [21]
2. Dominik Hrbaty (SVK) [26] vs. Marat Safin (RUS) [3]

Stadium: 7:00 PM Start

Men's Singles: 3rd Round
2. Carlos Moya (ESP) [5] vs. Thomas Johansson (SWE) [25]

Grandstand: 11:00 AM Start

Men's Singles: 3rd Round
2. Igor Andreev (RUS) vs. Juan Carlos Ferrero (ESP)
4. David Nalbandian (ARG) [8] vs. David Ferrer (ESP)

Court 1: 10:00 AM Start

Men's Singles: 3rd Round
3. Gael Monfils (FRA) WC vs. Hyung-Taik Lee (KOR)
4. Rafael Nadal (ESP) [29] vs. Fernando Verdasco (ESP)

The only thing that worries me is I only see 7 men's matches and there should be 8. I will check back later.

For the record, the match from that side of the men's draw that is missing from the schedule is Novak vs. Robredo. ??????

OK - How are we going to work it out if it turns out Robredo/Novak are not on today's schedule? That match is still missing as of this morning but it is the correct side of the draw that is playing today. What if there has been a walkover? I cannot find any news as to why that match is not on the schedule or if there has been a walkover.

Robredo withdrew after easily winning his last match. There is a reason his match was not on the schedule but the Nasdaq site has not advanced Novak in their draws.

I have IM'd lone star, but any ideas how to handle this if she cannot get her pick in?

shtexas, if lone-star doesn't check back in time to change the pick, I'd vote for cutting some slack. That's my opinion.

I agree. Pick two tomorrow?

I agree. Pick two tomorrow?

that sounds reasonable ... and we could give her the option of picking from the matches that remain to be played today, just no match that has started before time of posting.

Sorry bout that :-[ Nadal hasn't started yet, so if it's okay will go with him.

You are welcome. I'll make the change.

I found the article thanks to mens tennis forums. They are like the mens version of wta world. The "unofficial" site to talk about mens tennis. They had a multi-page thread devoted to Robredo's withdrawal.
