If I understand Kirkus' rules, the Fed Cup predictions only require us to predict which countries will prevail [i.e. no match-by-match prediction]. Please confirm. Thanks

No match by match but predict both the winners and the tie score, i.e., Spain d France 4-1. Like that would happen. ::)

Wow!

It is almost 1 am and I am running on fumes. I came home yesterday but spent the night in Great Falls with my friend and my dog. She doesn't like fireworks! I came in to National airport while they were shooting them off on the Mall, it's the first time have seen them from the air. It was impressive.

Anyway, I just picked quickly to get in the week

3mlm, according to my previous post, it appears I didn't pick a winner of the Serra/Vanek match in the quarters. If it's not too late to pick, I go with Vanek over Serra, but stick with Soderling to make the quarters.

If it's too late, I understand. A boo boo on my part.

Sodering to make the semis... Damn! Apparently I can't communicate anything any more.

I'm not changing my Fed Cup picks. Venus will win her singles matches and we will win the doubles. Go USA!
