WTA is due in less than 20 hours!

WTA Sydney still has a lot of "Q" in the bracket so hopefully they'll get filled in soon...actually, no matches have been completed in Sydney and they only have a few scheduled for rest of day and only a few for tomorrow, so hopefully we will be getting an extra day there.

Double edit, with the draw shuffling, the bracket is different in some places now too!

Are the WTA deadlines correct? It says before start of play Wednesday (similar to ATP), but has the deadline on Monday night vs. Tuesday night for ATP.

I'm "guessing" when it got edited that only the due date was changed, but not the "in North America" times.

Edited post to make it more clear. Predictions due for WTA Tuesday start of play (Monday night US)

EDIT: Though I'm not sure. I think Sydney and Hobart both might be the next day? Looking at orders of play right now...

EDIT2: Judging from the matches and orders of play that I can see (no official one from Sydney posted yet), I think both are due at start of play WEDNESDAY (Tuesday night US)

And in the first two matches of the day, the #1 and #3 seed in Auckland go down...going to be one of those weeks!

That's a healthy dose of players, and I notice at least 1 new name (maybe 2). That's great!

There is a lot of that this week :-)

In many ways we are actually doing better on WTA than ATP.

Auckland
Norrie - 2 of us got
Struff - 5
Sandgren - 2
Kohlschreiber - 9
7 still have a bottom half finalist alive, and 1 still has the winner.

Sydney

Seppi 2
Schwartzman - 17
Simon - 13
De Minaur - all but 2
all but 3 have bottom half still alive, 4 on top. Only 6 have winner still alive

WTA
Hobart
Kenin 10
Cornet many
Schmiedlova - 1
Bencic - most
plenty have future picks still alive

Sydney
Barty - 6
Bertens - 18
Sasnovich - 17
Kvitova - 2
top half - 11, bottom half - 2. Winner still alive - 4
