View Full Version : 2018 The Greatest Loser: Post your trades here

So you picked a bunch of losers, and those knuckleheads somehow managed to start scraping out victories in the year-end slog. No problem, you can post in this thread to trade 'em out for someone who is more likely to do their job (or not, in this case). But pick carefully, you only have six picks for the entire contest, which averages out to one per week for the remaining six weeks of tournaments.

Thanks Omegadoom, I read the gate opening time as the match starting time. Also, I am forgetting that I no longer live in eastern standard time.

Next week's tournament, Shanghai, is slated to start on Sunday, which will be Saturday night for most of the western hemisphere. However, the website only has the schedule for last year's tournament, so I can not confirm the actual starting time. Be prepared for a probable Saturday deadline for those in the western hemisphere. If the first match starts at 11:00 a.m. local time, this will be 4:00 a.m. GMT, 11:00 p.m. Saturday US eastern time and 8:00 p.m. Saturday US Pacific time.

I'm seeing the first match at Midnight eastern time, 9 PM Pacific (Marterer-Chardy) so that may wind up deadline (may be earlier of course!) I hate that qualifying isn't done...that's the hardest part of this contest...adding someone could be 100 or just as easily could be 0!

It looks like you are right about the time, according to Live Scores.

Now the official website agrees with you.
5:00 a.m. Sunday GMT, midnight Saturday/Sunday U.S. eastern time, and 9:00 p.m. US pacific time is confirmed.
