Hello, I have started playing for the last 2 months.... After 2 hour, I just take a bath by my sweating !! I know it's not great for me.. I lost all my stamina at the End. What to do to improve my Stamina? What changes are needed in the food habits or anything else ??

Any endurance activity would be good. Running, cycling, swimming. The important thing is to get your heart rate into the aerobic training zone and keep it there. Start with 30-40 minutes, 3 or 4 times per week and increase the duration by 5-10% each week. This will train your body to be more efficient and also to store more energy.
