In the end, it's all about numbers, isn't it ;)

Welcome to the Players stats and points thread. We'll be using this thread to update you on the total amount of points each player (both tours) has earned, as well as show you how all of you selected. Last things first in this case ;D

Out of a total of 100 listed ATP players you chose 45 to represent your teams. From a total of 100 listed WTA players you picked 46.

Marat and Serena were the easiest choices in their respective categories. Not surprising to see them at the top of the popularity list.

Agreed :) Somewhat less surprising, but still noteworthy is the fact that nobody went anywhere near Ljubicic and Robredo and that the world's #4 player, Blake, only got four picks. Also, not many people are expecting much of Clijsters, Petrova and Vaidisova.

I've uploaded my individual player points Excel sheet as a webpage. You can find it here: CLICK! (http://members.lycos.nl/mrcawfee/tat/AMitS.htm)
I'll be updating it all through the week, and I'm not up-to-date yet, just so you know ;)

It's on a free webhosting service, so there might be a banner or two :-/ I'm looking at having my own website again later this year, so this setup is probably a temporary one.

This is great [I see what you mean about the banners though!] Once you post the accumulated totals, can I suggest a rank listing in descending order? Or maybe even a rank order within each of the 5 categories of the original listing.

Keep up the good work!
