This was the stupidest movie I've ever seen. Â* Â* Â* I believe that the makers of this film acctually thought it was enough just to show us a bunch of big name actors doing little cutesy schtick that didn't mean anything just because of who they were. Â* Â* They didn't think they really needed to show clearly what was happening or in fact that nothing much really needed to happen at all.

I especially didn't like the helter skelter filming style with the way the camera seemed to bobble all over and at times getting real fuzzy. Â* Â*That was annoying to the eye.

To me Brad Pitt, Matt Damon, and George Clooney are not so cute that just having them together in a picture makes the film. Â* Â*I don't find it cute to watch someone wake up Brad Pitt to ask some unintelligible question. Â* Â* It wasn't funny seenig Julia Roberts pretend to be herself in a scam. Â* Â* It was tiresome and annoying.

I liked it to a certain extent. Â* Â* It had more of a plot and more action. Â* Â*It was easier to follow, and it made more sense than Ocean's 12.

I think Ocean's 12 was getting away cheap. Â*

enjoyed them both ... I go into a film "of this type" to be entertained, PERIOD.

if you start overanalyzing films like this ... you just end up getting all bunched up

Yeah, I didn't put that very well did I? I just meant that Ocean's 12 type movies are just for fun. I'm not expecting anything profound. I thought it had some good humor and was entertaining overall.

I do agree with you about the Chinese guy in the duffle bag. That made absolutely no sense whatsoever.

I think the confusing language with the fat guy was a ploy to make the Matt Damon character believe that he was inept, and thus keep him away from the front line of the action.

And I agree that the plot was convoluted. Ocean's 11 was definitely better. But I still enjoyed the sequel.
