the data from the neighbouring thread is used. Supposedly, somebody (1-2-3 persons?) is missing, but beleive top 20 to be correct.

This begs the question - what kinds of matches are counted:
There are certain kind that may or may not be counted - qualification, Davis Cup dead rubbers. What about challengers (probably not).
What is the source of this data anyway?

Roger now crosses 800. But why is not this being updated ?
